Nina Savelle-Rocklin is a licensed psychotherapist (California License MFC43526) whose private practice is located in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area. Nina's personal experience with an eating disorder gives her a unique understanding of what it's like to struggle with this issue, and she knows that recovery is possible. Nina provides empathy and understanding, as well as professional and clinical expertise, in the treatment of eating disorders. She works closely with clients and their families throughout the therapeutic process and provides referrals to physicians, psychiatrists and dieticians. If you or someone you love has an unhealthy, unhappy relationship with food, she can help. Nina holds a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute, graduating with Honors, and is Co-President of the AEL (Alpha Epsilon Lambda) Honor Society. She received her B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Newport Psychoanalytic Institute. Her article on women and intimacy was published in the Progress Journal, a national psychology publication.
